home lend graz — 3d visualisation, 360° tour & vr application

Home Lend is a project in Graz with 256 apartments and 6 commercial units. The task: give prospective tenants a realistic impression of the apartments while the building was still under construction.

We delivered a visual concept comprising 3D visualisation, a 360-degree tour and a dedicated VR application. What sets the VR application apart: it makes the view from each individual terrace experienceable. Purchase decisions through experience rather than floor plans.

The 3D Immo Viewer lets visitors explore the apartments directly in the browser — as a complement to the VR application used for on-site marketing.
