Daheim Immobiliengruppe has elegantly renovated a historic building on the main square in Frohnleiten. Marketing the „Daheim am Hauptplatz” project called for materials that convey charm, location and modern comfort.

We accompanied the project from visualisation through to marketing: photorealistic exterior renderings from multiple angles, a 360 degree tour and a project video. The visualisations also show the surroundings and transport connections.

This gave Daheim Immobiliengruppe a complete marketing package that communicates the renovated building and its location to prospective buyers — well before completion.
